After reading about everyman from www.stevepavlina.com/forums/health-fitness/7453-everyman-sleep-schedule.html I think I like his schedule. So we’ve been struggling along with the Everyman schedule. We noticed that we had a huge 7 hour gap between sleep periods. We tinkered with the schedule and we missed a bunch of assigned nap times. and so tonight when we meant to take our 20 minute nap at 9pm we woke up at 2am. [...]
