Morgan, my wife, reports having a good nap at 9am, while I was five minutes late and slept til 9:20. We both were unconscious for a period of time. Morgan reports dreaming while I can no longer tell the difference between dreaming and meditative visualization.

I decided to have a regular night’s sleep, then start with the napping. I’m trying the “Everyman” method. I take 15 minute naps at 9am, 2pm, and 9pm, and then have a core nap from 1am to 3am. I figured Friday was the best day to start, because you have a tendency to stay up late on the weekends anyway. I’m keeping a blog about my experience, because I’m combining that with a new work-out routine (4-day split) and a new diet. What I hope to show is that you can, with the right mental strength, completely rearrange your life into what you really want in less than a month.
