Morgan and I participated in the state wide walk-out for education. While we don’t necesssarily agree with every position of the organizers the event was worth supporting. We should never spend more on incarceration than we do education. That’s just insane! And what do they do with you once you’re incarceated?? They give you an education, be it HS diploma or college, SO THAT WHEN YOU GET OUT YOU WON’T REOFFFEND.
Morgan and I assisted with the security detail. We served as a buffer between the numerous police and the mob.San Diego City Police were very professional. I am very glad to live here in San Diego County and not Nebraska State or Inyo County.
Overall we learned a lot (herding cats is a much needed skill btw) and met a bunch of wonderful people. Here’s towalking out everyday!
